Mild eczema, dry skin.

My baby girl’s eczema has flare up, a very dry skin. It is like a sand paper on her hands/legs/face. We tried many type of moisturiser already. Can you suggest is there any food to avoid or reduce the dryness? Or food or anything that I can avoid or consume. Thank you guys. I really appreciate it.

My baby girl is 1y5m, her upper teeth color is quite yellowish brown, is that normal? We brush her teeth twice per day. She is fully direct breastfeeding. Bottom teeth ia find, its clean. We plan to bring her to the dentist.
