I m 42yrs old n my lo is just 1mth. I m bf my bb by pumping out. Getting more n more tired. Not sure bcoz of my age. I have a eldest son which is 12yrs apart from my lo. My confinement will end next week, Tue 7/7. Not sure I can survive without CL. Even through I have helper.
Don’t be too hard on yourself! While it could be due to your age, it’s only 1 month since you gave birth. I am younger than you but it took me around 3 months to regain my energy levels. You will still need to rest more, eat well. Since you have a helper, it’s good that you can leave the chores to her and focus on your recovery and baby. Hang in there!
