i love to use my phone at night in the dark before i sleep. thats ok right?

I read that the light emitted by phones, laptops etc used at night prevents our brains from releasing melatonin, a hormone that tells our bodies when it's time to sleep. Not only will it cause falling asleep to be delayed, in the long run, researchers believe that usage of phones before bedtime can mess with our internal body clocks.
