I personally prefer Bellamy’s but you could also start with your own homemade stuff - fruits and veggies like sweet potatoes, avacadoes are great puréed/mashed.
Hi there, I would suggest going for whole grain like brown rice or oats instead of white rice. I don’t think the brand really matters.
Any brand is OK but go with a plain single grain instead of flavored/sweetened ones. And avoid rice cereal because of arsenic.
I started mine with Gerber. U may want to start with fruits first like avocado, banana, mixed with bm 😉
