Pregrency Pillow
I would like to buy pregnancy pillow. Suggest me some good shape pillows, which shape pillow is best? . Is it necessary to buy?
I used dreamgenii! You can look up online! I think it’s only helpful if you have trouble slping due to heavy stomach or backache!
The shape solely depends on what you feel comfortable with. I had a straight shaped pillow that I used throughout my pregnancy.
It will definitely help to sleep better by providing support to the body. You can try c-shaped, u-shaped or the wedge pillow.
not necessary but i guess it's a personal preference. i just use pillows and bolsters
It doesn't useful for me. I used small pillow & bolster for support my tummy.
C shaped ones would be good as you can still use it as a bolster postpartum.
It's up to you if you feel comfortable, not a necessity I feel
