Pregnancy

reduce heatiness

I know pregnant ladies should not take stuffs that are too cooling. But what do you all take should you get too "heaty", eg when u feel soar throat starts to strike? I am currently in my 7th month and not quite stable so quite scared of taking cooling stuffs.....

It’s normal to start feeling very heaty during pregnancy due to hormones. Maybe can drink avocado smoothie to cool yourself down
