Housing schemes?

Hi all, I know this is kinda out of topics but I’m currently wanted to ask regarding the housing scheme in SG. My husband and I are young parents and yes we’re legally married only at a very young age. We have 1 child, and currently living with parents at their rental 1 room flat. Is there any scheme for us to apply to get our first home?

Yes:) Go apply for whichever area you’re interested in. As first time owners, you will have a higher chance of getting the area you selected (although not guaranteed if the area is very popular). You can also get a lot of help financially, with housing grants, but you’ll probably still have to take a loan.
