need solutions

hi all. May i know how to cure this i think might be due to the weather too humid nowadays and her neck grow heat rash but ive been putting powder on the area and lotion is still red though sometimes after i put powder on it it became dry like has crack lines etc...... Experience mummies pls advise:(

pls stay away from powders as it contains talc and it can cause the rash to become worse. u can get some creams from the pd and apply some lotion to the area. clean the area from sweat or milk spills and make sure the area is kept dry at all times. it will slowly heal.
