How do i warm up breastmilk from the fridge? I havent bought my warmer yet

Post partum body chills, shivering

A week after birth, i was sleeping at night wearing long sleeves longpants with socks and blanket over me when i experience body chills and shivering. It was so cold like there was ice all over my body. I checked and i had no fever. I shifted to another room and slept with a very thick comforter and the fan is off. Woke up 2hrs later sweating but i can still feel the chills. It started to disappear few hours later after taking some paracetamol. 3weeks later i experience it again. Anyone had the same problem? Do i need to see the doctor?

Kkh gynae appts

Hi, any mommies going for appointments at kkh? My weekly appointments start next week. Now im at 34weeks and my husband will be accompanying me. We had to bring our youngest 2yr old as no one is able to look after him. Do you think they will let us through? I have seen some couples with 4kids in the clinic before and i wonder how are all of them allowed to enter kkh. When at the entry they told us only 1accompanying adult allowed?
