Swaddle, pat to sleep. When baby wakes up, feed baby for at most 40 minutes (if there’s extra time, you can play a bit), then start putting baby back to sleep. The awake interval between naps should be 45-60 minutes, meaning baby needs to fall asleep within that amount of time, otherwise baby will likely be overtired and cannot sleep for hours. So feed, then swaddle, put in the cot and pat firmly (cup your hand). Turning baby to the side and resting your forearm on baby’s thigh while patting baby on the upler back can give the feeling of baby being carried. That helped my LO start falling asleep.
