Hello can I keep my express breastmilk into fridge after sitting out room temperature for 2 hours ? Baby haven’t in drink and there’s no saliva get in touch with it

You can always do a smell & taste test before feeding it to baby again. Even if it's leftover from baby's feed u can still keep it back in the fridge for the next feed 🙂 but can only re-warm once ya

You can join the Breastfeeding Mothers' Support Group Singapore (BMSG) on fb. There are trained counsellors there to advise everything on breastfeeding🙂
