Pacifier to one month old baby

Hi I just introduce a pacifier to my one month old baby. He is constantly on my boobs and I find it difficult to get things done. Wondering if he will get nipple confusion? As I only give it to him to make him sleep. Help!!

Hi Mummy! I think it's best to wait until the 6th week before you introduce the pacifier to newborn to avoid nipple confusion. Your breastfeeding pattern should be well-established already before you do pacifiers. Hang in there Mummy!
