I am in my second trimester and I keep scratching my body all day. What's happening? Is this normal?

My skin itching since the first trimester, Now im in second trimester... Doctor says its because my skin is dryy. 😅

I also have the same problem. Itching and rashes since 1st trim and till now 2nd trim. They are on the sides of my body, arms and legs
