I am in the process of stopping breastfeeding but the problem is whenever my child gets up from sleep he doesn't settle for anything but breastfeed. Please suggest ways to deal with this

Hi, I think when you are in the process of weaning then you have to deal with such situations when there are comfort feed hours of baby. Perhaps, when he wakes up, he wants your feed the most because after waking up that is the most comforting thing he finds to do. He feels secure of that touch of yours. I guess it is just about time and he will gradually wean off.
