I am in the 3rd trimester of pregnancy and I am 30 weeks and 3 days pregnant.♥ Sino po dito nainom ng ganitong gamot?(CALCIUM CARBONATE/ CALCIMATE) It was given by the assistant of my midwife., At hanggang ngayon di ko parin iniinom. Basta binigay lang kasi sakin, without sabi sabi kung ilan beses ko ba dapat inumin sa isang araw. 😥

wag mo pag sasabayin yung folic acid at calcium
