Some tradition customs

I've been raising my hands high up above head to take things, change heater temperature or even when I exercise. I didn't know about this... until one day I lifted my hand to grab something and my mom shouted across the aisle asking me to put it down and told my husband... never ever let me raise my hands. LOL anyway, I still doing it cause is a natural movement for me. how to always remember so many things that I can't do... oh and my health is good, baby is good too. hehe

My mum said cannot raise hand above the head, tried my best to follow her way but it was so inconvenient. So i asked my gynae, he said it’s fine to raise hand up, and it has nothing to do with pregnancy safety. So 🙌🏻🙌🏻

not trueee, i raise my hand above my head everyday thru out my pregnancy since my dishes drying rack is above the sink lol
