Loud Heartbeat

I can hear my baby's heartbeat in my right ear. It's so loud I can hear it mostly when I'm in a quiet area. Is this normal?

I can't even hear my own heartbeat, nafifeel lang but not hear lol. Auditory hallucination yan i think.
