anyone encounter rashes like patch?

I having flu, cough and body aching over the weekends. Fever not considered high around 37.3 the highest. Tdy I felt better without body aching except w flu n cough on n off. Suddenly I having itchness and having patches of rashes on legs, arms n body. Anyone encounter before? Is it normal? Most of my nearby clinic is close.

Do you have antihistamines at home? They can relief the itch and runny nose. As long as you don’t also have breathing problems/swelling of your eyelids, you probably don’t need to rush to A&E now
