yung swollen gums ko po gumaling na, ang treatment ni dentist ko ay betadine na mouthwash at isama sa diet ang pagkain ng sugarless yogurt. super effective po. 😊😊😊😊

madalas na din sumasakit ulo ko siguro dahil kulang na din sa tulog, hirap kasinako makabuo ng tulog eh gawa ng ihi ng ihi at malikot si baby hehe
