Is work from home during 1st trimester frowned upon by other colleagues?

I have requested to work from home during my 1st trimester due to very bad symptoms such as morning sickness (more like all the time, anytime sickness), lower back aches, nausea, vomitting and lethargy. My boss is female and she is alright with it, but I can't help but feel that my other colleagues would frown on me. I am still doing the same workload (if not more) and putting in the same hours (if not more), but I just don't participate in face-to-face meetings (unless I am absolutely needed, i will call in via teams). Some colleagues know of my pregnancy, but others don't. I do want to return to office but I am really not 100% well and do not want to gross anyone out if I were to accidentallly projectile vomit in office. I know I am in a privileged position to be able to work from home, but should I at least make the effort to come to office despite not feeling 100% well?
