How many of you ang hindi regular ang menstruation before and even after having a baby ?
I have irregular period since before, and i was diagnosed with PCOS in 2019. I just wanted to know how many women out there ang may PCOS din.

Na diagnose ako na may PCOS year 2012. Almost 5 years bago kami nabiyayaan ng baby sa tulong na din ng OB namin (OB Infertility Specialist) at sa mga prayers. Sa lahat ng may PCOS katulad ko don't hesitate to consult your OB para mamanage natin toh. Proper diet and exercise and bawasan ang stress.
