Confused of how many weeks/months I am pregnant

Last July I had my period in just a day ( one day) last August I don't have my period so this September I took a pregnancy test and it tested positive ..how many weeks/months am I pregnant ?#firstbaby #firstbaby

ako po kasi MAY 19-22 may period pa ako then june july august september wla na, so sabi skin 4months na yung baby ko
