I'm a very very inactive person and currently 10 weeks pregnant.
Do I have to get more active from second trimester onwards or can I remain status quo as per my daily life?

The indigestion will probably make you want to be more active soon because it helps the food to digest and not be so uncomfortable haha
it’s important to be active for a healthy pregnancy. Try to be active every day if you can. You can walk, exercise , swim
