feel very lethargic.
I’m 38 and pregnant. two weeks to go. recently I feel very lethargic. I’ve heard that vitamins can sometimes help you feel better. How can I be active and get ready for birth?

Go take walks. Walk. Juz keep walking. Keeps u active and it helps in the delivery of baby. Makes it easier. Juz walk at a comfortable pace for you.
Am 33+ weeks & taking multi vitamins but even then most of the days feel fatigued.
Try getting prenatal massages, it'll help reduce all pregnancy discomforts.
38 weeks too haha take chicken essence :)
