Smoothie

I have a dragonfruit which is enough to make 2 cups of smoothies. As I dunno how to store dragonfruit after I have peeled, I make it into 2 cups of smoothie with milk. Can I keep the remaining cup of smoothie in the fridge and store overnight to drink next day?
