A CONFESSION! I HAVE A TRICH!

I have a CONFESSION to make. Whenever I'm stressed, i tend to pull my hair. It's like, i feel relieved whenever i pull a strand. And another strand and more strands of hair. Until my scalp is sore and my fingers get tired. I have a TRICHOTILLOMANIA. We call ourselves "trichster". Kung napanuod nyo yung sa Jessica Soho na mag-ina about sa Trich, ganun po yun. Yung iba, sa eyelash sila nag pupull, yumg iba sa ulo. Hindi naman ako ganun ka severe mag bunot katulad ng iba na buong ulo talaga napapanot. Parang lumang 5 pesos lang kalawak palagi ang napapanot sa akin. Madami dyan, nahihiya at natatakot mag share kasi hindi naman kilala ang ganitong disorder at takot din kaming e judge. Nagtitrigger sa disorder nato ay stress, anxiety, depression. Kahirap lang pigilan ang sarili lalo na ftm mom ako. Palaging paranoid para sa baby ko. Pagod, mentally. Meron po bang ganito dito? As of this writing, nangawit na mga daliri ko kaka bunot. And i am looking for something to divert my attention para hindi na mag pull for now. ?

Nagseek na po ba kayo ng professional help? They can prescribe you medications to ease your anxiety levels. Regarding sa activities that you can divert your attention to, I suggest coloring books. It'll keep your mind and your hands preoccupied and huge stress reliever din siya.

Hi, it's a disorder and needs to be treated. May therapy na ginagawa diyan, don't let it na maging WORST pa yan and ma-develop into another disorder. Please have yourself check by a professional walang ibang magb benefit nun kundi ikaw. God bless.

Sis, seek professional help. You can go to a psychiatrist to diagnose underlying cause such as depression or anxiety to relieve that urge na magbunot ng buhok. :)

same ganyan din ako nakakapagod naiiyak ako gusto ko ipaayos buhok ko sa parlor pero natatakot akong ma judge mapahiya baka pagtawanan kundisyon ko 😢
