i have had chamomile tea while breastfeeding and it has helped me stay stress free a lot. also, it used to help me to sleep better for the few times i could in the day, and also kept my migraine at bay. chamomile tea is a pregnancy and breastfeeding safe herb, but still, speak to your doctor once before you start taking it.
