Allergies

I have a allergic rhinitis before I get pregnant, and now I have noticed that my allergies becomes more sensitive. Every night, when I open the ac, my nose clogged and I cant sleep well. Does anyone experience this also? How do you cope up? I AM 10WEEKS now 🙂 #2ndbaby2021 #AllergicRhinitis
