7 months teething

I have a 7 month old daughter and she has a fever from early the morning until now 6pm. I just gave her tempra every 4hrs. I am a breast feeding mom. My daughter sleep and breastmilk all day. Just want to ask if its normal for teething or should we go to the hospital now? Thank you in advance.
