Period Stopped.

I have a 4 months old baby turning 5 months soon and I took a every 3 months injection for baby planning so I won't be able to get pregnant. I shall be back on November to be injected again but I didn't. I came my period 2 days ago but only spotting and then it stopped. Any possibility?
