wean toddler

I have a 2year old daughter and currently 15weeks pregnant.. Any suggestions how to wean my daughter from breastfeeding? She still latch specially at night even after bottle feed. Thank you.

My problem also now but I delay her weaning because of the covid. I got a little contraction but it didn't stop me to bf my 1 year 10months daughter, I am 20weeks pregnant. Actually i am planning to stop bf her on her birthday, exactly 2 years old. But in case she doesn't like or getting hard to wean then i will try tandem feeding😊
