Lip balm for toddler

I have a 2 year old toddler that has dry lips. Is it possible to have her use lip balm? Any recommendations on what to use?

Treat kung anong cause ng dry lips at wag mag focus sa dry lips. If not contraindicated hydrate your child. Offer him more liquids milk/water
