Delay menstruation

I had unprotected sex last March 3, and I suppose to have may menstruation in March 11. I did pregnancy test but its negative, until now I'm delay. What does it mean? Am I have the chance to preggy?

May chance po. Pero possible na baka delayed lang. Try nyo po ulit mag test after Isa pang week
