Any mamshies experiencing spotting here?

I had spotting during my 6th week of pregnancy and initially i was given duphaston 3x a day. After a week may discharge pa din so nagpalit ng mas mataas na dosage ng gamot, nag heragest ako 2x a day. After a week meron pang konti so the doctor advice me to use heragest through intravaginal. I was also advice for 1 month bedrest and on the last week of my check up i was adviced that im okay na so yesterday pumasok na ako with clearance ma fit to work and then just this morning may spot n naman with the tissue after peeing. Any mommies with the same experience? High risk ang pregnancy ko and my 1st baby is premmie.
