Don’t worry, each pregnancy is different. Some people can have terrible symptoms in one pregnancy and nothing in the next. All the best for your first gynae visit! :)
I don’t have any symptoms too for my first 3 pregnancy. Don’t worry, you will be fine. Don’t stress yourself.
My first pregnancy, 5 weeks +4 days. No other symptoms except mild cramps and super sore boobs
How many weeks are you along? Also is it a normal pregnancy or IVF. I had no symptoms at all.
