Possible ectopic pregnancy

I had an ectopic pregnancy before, I am now positive in pregnancy test with 6 weeks and 5 days ongoing but the ultrasound doesn't detect an embryo on my uterus, I returned to the ob and only suspected of miscarriage. I have pain on my lower abdomen that doesn't go away and a brown discharge occasionally that started on friday night. My vitals are ok but I'm still worried. The doctor said to wait for another 2 weeks for another ultrasound. Do I need to get another opinion or just follow the doctor's order.

Sa akin po nuon nung pinaghihinalaan ako na ectopic kasi may nakita ng sa sa uterus ko at sabi pwede din sa yung nasa left ovary ko since magkasize sila. Nagaantay ako ng 2 weeks pa para lang Macon firm nila. Pero pina observe ako ni Doc na kung sumasakit daw ang tiyan or puson ko punta daw ako agad ng hospital kasi ectopic daw yung isa. Pero Thank God kasi yung nakita lang po is PCOS sa may left ovary ko. Yun lang po sabi ng doctor ko pag sobrang sakit daw po ng puson or tiyan ko.

Same tayo sis. ✨ For observation palang din ako. pero may Gestational Sac ako sa uterus. may nakita lang sa may right ovary ko. kumusta po ung latest Ultrasound nyo? may baby na po ba?
