hi! i just got a positive result. heaven has answered my prayer. hirap kase talaga akong magbuntis. kaya i am so happy. sadly, di ako makapagpacheck-up dahil sa quarantine. worried ako coz i dont have any vitamins to take. your thoughts please? thank you.
Congratulations Sis!!! π Better yet try folic acid and any maternity milk. Mag eat ng plenty of fruits & veggies (green leafy veggies apple, banana, orange, mango, ect.), drink 8-10 glasses of water everyday, iwas ka muna sa pagkain ng maanghang, too much sweets, stay at home lang dahil mahirap ang first trimester. :) you can contact the nearest hospital if may OB available in the next coming days para bantay si baby dahil maselan ang first trimester. Lahat tayo takot, when going to a hospital/clinic, always always be aware of your surroundings. Mag face mask (lagyan ng tissue if cloth mask lang), wear longsleeved top & legging tapos close shoes (as advised 'yan by my OB kapag pumupunta ako ng clinic niya). Have a happy pregnancy, sis!
Magbasa paObimin Plus, Hemarate and Calciumade po ang reseta sakin ng OB ko nung first trimester ko. Nadagdagan lang ng Fern-D nung nagsecond trimester. And yes, Anmum din. Kung mahilig ka naman sa juice, I suggest na magcalamansi at buco juice ka din. Iwasan ang grapes at mango na hinog, mataas kasi sa sugar yun. Btw, congrats momsh! π

thank you everyone. i appreciate your replies. i am currently taking obimin plus and anmum. sadly, i am diabetic that's why i really need to be more conscious of what i eat and take.
Mommy bili ka ng Anmum, folic acid tsaka kain fruits. super need ng baby kasi 1st trimester nag dedevelop ung brain, nervous system, super need talaga. Godbless mommy. stay healthy
So long as sinusunod mo yung protocols, do's & dont's? magiging okay po lang iwasan mo na lang pong maglalalabas at mag fruits ka po hanggat maaari ..
mag folic acid ka mommy and eat healthy food. ok na un. and drink milk for preggy. bsta ingat ka lang. kc mhirap tlga pag 1st trimester.
You can take folic acid as soon as you found out you're pregnant because it's usually prescribed during the first trimester. Congrats!
Since nasa 1st tri ka pa lang sis kahit folic acid lang muna any brand. Ganyan lang din ako and mostly ng mga nababasa ko d2.
As of now eat healthy foods po (veggies and fruits..) Take milk every bedtime. Less heavy workloads.
