Pregnancy after miscarriage

I got miscarriage last June, what should I do now na pregnant na ako, I'm 5weeks pregnants. Should I check up or what? I hope may mag guide saakin huhu.

Check kana po para mabigyan ka ng pampakapit ni bby at vitamins lalo na yung folic acid importanti iyan sa bby.
