I just got my IUD inserted and it was my first ever birth control measure despite me appealing for ligation but doctor doesn't want to approve. I read in internet that IUD will still get pregnant even though it has 98% chance of prevention. How about in Singapore, is the IUD working good for most mummies? I really hoped I do not have to go through unwanted pregnancies...

Aside to IUD, prevention is also important.
Most pregnancies thru IUD are not suitable to carry on due to birth defects too
