Clean the surface with vwash or other vaginal wash, and after taking bath apply safromycin and do the same in the night before sleeping. Mine got cured in just 8 days..... Also don't forget to add alum and turmeric in the hot water while cleaning that part......

My gynae sugest me metrogel or betaden..for stiches and use detol in a warm water to clean that part and sit in warm water tub for 10 minutes.
