I am going to labour in the early November, should I buy one tin of FM just in case I have not enough BM? What if I am having fever during BFing, can I BF my LO?

I would say yes, buy a tin, if have small version buy the small version, although usually will gradually have enough milk. U might want to bring the pump to the hospital to help you stimulate too in case u need it. I did buy and gave as I was having problem latching and baby wasn't drinking well so we gave fm a couple of times. It was important to me while I tide through latching issues. Common illness like cough flu kind ok to continue latching. Antibodies can pass through to baby and help lower the possibility of baby getting sick (but this is not a 100% sure work method). What seine mothers did is they wear mask while BF.
