Natural induction

I am going to complete 40 weeks tomorrow and my midwife suggested a membrane sweep and if it doesn’t work, then they will medically induce next week. I’ve been trying many things- bouncing on the pregnancy ball, spicy food, sex but nothing is helping me induce labour naturally. I do not want to reach the stage where I need medical intervention. Help!
