Can i go on diet while breastfeeding? My son is 1 month old. If yes, can you share some tips on what are the best diet while breastfeeding. Thanks!

Do you have a Registered Nutritionist Dietitian for the meal planning and coaching?

Sa Google po sabi minimum of 1800 calories intake dapat ang breastfeed mom para hindi huminA ang supply ng gatas. Ganun ang diet ko everyday dapat aabot ng 1800-2000 calories. Para ka naman nag exercise niyan momshie pag breastfeed.

Ako po 1 year and 3 months na akong exclusively breastfeeding.. Ni hindi din napasok sa isip ko ang diet kasi iniisip ko palagi ang gatas na nabibigay ko kay baby.. Maybe after my breastfeeding period pwede na ko mag diet 😅😄

If you want to lose weight you don’t have to go on a diet while breastfeeding. Nakakapayat talaga siya naturally. My baby is just turning one month old but I’m back to my pre-pregnancy weight already.

Ndi ka dapat magdiet mommy kasi breastfeesing ka need mo kumain at uminom ng marami para may lakas at para kay baby din may sustansya na makuha.
