Generally, you can give proteins like meats to baby from 6 months onwards so at 10 months, giving baby chicken is just fine. In fact, chicken or turkey is generally recommended as a great 'starter' protein to introduce to your baby. Chicken is highly versatile in terms of cooking styles. You can bake, roast, stew, fry and sautee chicken. Most parents would either puree or mince the chicken for baby's ease and convenience and mix them into porridges or even to eat on its own. As baby grow older, you can consider shredding chicken and adding them to pastas, sandwiches etc.
