i can relate - after 2 days ako manganak tsaka palang nagkamilk. 😊 drink lots of water, kain ng masasabaw na ulam, eat malunggay, okay din oatmeal. tapos make sure na hindi ka stressed mommy. and palaging ilatch si baby. make sure that she's latching properly or else mahirap lumabas ang milk. try also to massage your boobies (search on correct way). kaya mo yan mommy!
