Spinal headache

I just gave birth via C-section, and now I am experiencing spinal headache. The pain is unbearable, and I can't even sit. Does anybody here who experienced the same?

Ako po mas malala pa po ata yung sakin ako hindi makatayo po and pag may iaabot ko pag tatayo na super sakit po.
