spotting afte 2months of birth

I gave birth last march 19 2021 via CS. after giving birth i had 2 weeks bleeding or postpartum bleeding. and now as i Peed there is some bleed/spotting on my undies.(im not breast feeding) can someone know what it is. is it normal? or do i need to call my doctor already? also i had my contraceptive (injectable) last May 3.
