Spotting After 2 month of Birth

I gave birth last march 19 2021 via CS. after giving birth i had 2 weeks bleeding or postpartum bleeding. and now as i Peed there is some bleed/spotting on my undies.(im not breast feeding) and also I had my contraceptive (injectable) last May 3can someone know what it is. is it normal? is this already start of my mentrual period? or do i need to call my doctor already?
