Hi i just found out last week that I am pregnant. Is it better to get a referral for a Gp OR I can just directly head to the hospital?

Wait until 6 to 8week pregnant then go hospital gynae. If too early, the scan can't confirm the fetus too. See gp is unnecessary I feel. Go to polyclinic get referral if u prefer subsidised rate. If private, just make appointments directly at gov or private hospital
