Clueless, seeking help and advise

Hi all, I just found out I am pregnant yesterday. So what should I do? Just go to polyclinic first to get referral if I want to opt for public( government hospital? ) Some say private and public is the same cost, not much difference but I differ so. Any tips on that as well? Cost is a factor for me cause me and my husband just bought a resale flat recently
